A user is a natural person. It is not allowed to participate with more than one account on kingsscore.com.
Offensive language or images are not allowed on kingsscore.com.
kingsscore.com is not responsible for the content that can be changed by users themselves or for the content of an external website that can be reached via a link on kingsscore.com.
kingsscore.com has at all times the right to exclude or remove users from the website without reason.
The information collected by kingsscore.com in the context of participation on this website is treated confidentially and in accordance with the Dutch Data Protection Act (Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens).
Without explicit permission of the user kingsscore.com will not provide his or her information to third parties.
The organizer of (and/or participants in) a pool is (are) fully responsible for compliance with the Law on the Games of Chance and the Code of Conduct Promotional Games of Chance.

kingsscore.com is not responsible for any damage caused by participating in pools organized on this platform and advises to only participate in pools of which you know and/or trust the pool administrator.
kingsscore.com is not responsible for damages resulting from game, network, programming or system errors, incomplete data or inaccessibility of the website. We do everything we can to prevent problems and errors. If you find an error, please send an e-mail to info@Koningsport.nl. We will then try to correct the problem as soon as possible.
Kings Score has the right to discontinue pools in whole or in part.
King Score may change the rules of the game.
kingsscore.com may make changes on the website, is not obliged to correspond and is not liable for damages suffered as a result of this change.
kingsscore.com is not liable for the consequences of decisions (afterwards) of (inter)national disciplinary commissions and (inter)national sports federations that in any way influence the results and/or rankings on kingsscore.com.
kingsscore.com cannot be held responsible for personal errors and no correspondence can be made about results.
All intellectual property rights including – but not limited to – copyrights, trademarks and database rights applicable to all content (frontend and backend) on the website are owned by kingsscore.com and may not be used or copied without explicit permission.

If you play with a pool of one of our partners you have to accept the terms and conditions of this pool and these are valid in addition to the terms and conditions of kingsscore.com
Abuse is prohibited. When kingsscore.com is abused the person or organization concerned is fully responsible and liable for all direct and indirect consequences.
